Our beautiful complex is located in Playa Alicia with private access to the beach. The area is very quiet and family friendly. This COZY LOW COST complex is made up of 28 rooms and the Waterfront Restaurant (public). Everything is at walking distance: Beach, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, nightlife, clinic, drug stores, convenient stores, etc… The international airport is only a 15 minute car ride away as well as Cabarete.
On-site you will find the famous restaurant called Waterfront Playa Alicia, in which you can have your unique breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.
Guests will pay electricity at RD$15.00 per KW. Meter will be read at checks in and check outs.
